Responsibilities

• ▹Design new apps for millions of users worldwide
• ▹Work end to end: research, benchmarking and testing, then designing and delivering beautiful, functional mobile experiences
• ▹Deliver at all stages of UI design, from prototypes and mockups to production-ready assets and views, including store assets
• ▹Own and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency
• ▹Keep up with competitors and new releases to build benchmarks and identify opportunities
• ▹Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams on new features and updates

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related design field
• ▹Proven experience as a UX/UI Artist, from discovery to UI execution
• ▹An artistic eye for color and composition and the ability to produce any asset needed
• ▹Hands-on experience in mobile app design (iOS and Android)
• ▹Experience participating in apps launched from scratch (ideally with millions of users or strong business impact)
• ▹Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• ▹Mastery of different asset types: bitmap assets (images, illustrations, icons), vector assets (icons, logos, scalable UI elements), hi-fi interactive prototypes, store assets (app screenshots and videos), Lottie animations for micro-interactions
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, eye for detail and a product-first mindset
• ▹Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with ownership of projects
• ▹Good level of spoken and written English
• ▹Effective collaboration with engineering, product and marketing teams

Nice to have

• ▹Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• ▹Video editing skills
