UX/UI Designer with Finnish or Norwegian [DDI]

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design user flows, accessible interfaces and interactive prototypes
• ▹Build, customise and maintain design systems
• ▹Validate solutions through user research, usability testing and workshops
• ▹Prepare clear design specifications and guidelines for developers and AI agents
• ▹Present design decisions and collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout implementation

Requirements

• ▹Proven commercial UX/UI experience, supported by a portfolio
• ▹Advanced Figma proficiency
• ▹Strong practical experience building and adapting design systems to different products
• ▹Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility and UX research methods
• ▹Strong communication and presentation skills with international teams and clients
• ▹Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of design quality and delivery
• ▹Finnish or Norwegian language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or workflows connecting design systems to AI agents
• ▹Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend component libraries
• ▹Experience auditing and scaling design systems, including documentation, governance and adoption
