AI Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Build deep product knowledge across websites, domains, email, billing and builder tools
• ▹Work alongside AI to solve complex customer issues and fix root causes
• ▹Maintain the quality of the AI agent (Kodee) and take over complex cases
• ▹Later stages: contribute to the team's growth through peer learning, feedback and knowledge sharing, then manage the Kodee chatbot by reviewing prompts and identifying patterns at scale

Requirements

• ▹Fluent English, written and spoken
• ▹Deep technical troubleshooting experience in hosting, infrastructure, networking or similar areas
• ▹Understanding of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, email systems, website setup)
• ▹Already using AI to build or automate processes in their work
• ▹Ability to make technical complexity clear for non-technical customers

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with WordPress, cPanel, hosting environments or website management tools
• ▹Experience contributing to AI tools, automations or chatbots as a core responsibility
• ▹Proven experience improving internal workflows
