Integration Engineer, Partner APIs

Responsibilities

• ▹Own technical onboarding for market makers and institutional partners end to end, from first API call to live trading, across the CLOB, WebSocket feeds, and RFQ gateway
• ▹Serve as the primary technical contact post-onboarding, triaging issues and debugging integrations in production, coordinating with engineering on fixes
• ▹Write and maintain integration guides, code samples, and SDK documentation
• ▹Monitor the health of active partner integrations proactively
• ▹Translate partner feedback, including bugs, missing features, and API pain points, into actionable input for product and engineering
• ▹Build and maintain code samples in Python and TypeScript
• ▹Act as the technical bridge between trading firms and internal engineering

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience integrating or debugging trading or exchange APIs (REST, WebSocket) in production
• ▹Strong proficiency in Python; ability to read Rust or TypeScript
• ▹Strong technical communicator, able to explain complex systems to varied audiences
• ▹Track record of owning partner or client technical relationships end to end, from first contact through resolution
