Responsibilities

• ▹Review and influence customer specifications, drawings, RFPs, and RFQs, developing a table of compliance (TOC)
• ▹Act as the deal focal point of contact, providing application engineering guidance to customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
• ▹Lead the quoting process for Core and Complex Controls offerings
• ▹Develop tailored control system solutions using existing tools, models, technical libraries, system configurations, and design standards
• ▹Ensure accurate cost estimation including technical, execution, and commercial risk management within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process
• ▹Coordinate with supply chain and third-party providers for extended project scope quotations
• ▹Develop competitive, deal-winning pricing strategy with the sales and pricing team
• ▹Consolidate deal financials
• ▹Present deals to the commercial review board (CRB) for approval, including terms, conditions, and risk assessment review
• ▹Manage the tender schedule, ensuring timely internal approvals, bid submission, and order booking readiness
• ▹Lead techno-commercial proposal generation
• ▹Participate in customer meetings, negotiations, and presentations
• ▹Manage the advance release and short cycle process
• ▹Own project handover from the ITO phase to the OTR (order-to-remittance) phase for the execution team upon PO or contract signature
• ▹Attend technical and commercial trainings
• ▹Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes, proposal templates, and application guides

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor of Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, electronic, or power preferred) with a minimum of 4 years' experience in application/design and/or field service
