Responsibilities

• ▹Assess customer challenges in billing, pricing, and packaging
• ▹Support the full implementation lifecycle
• ▹Hands-on configuration of Metronome for clients
• ▹Design integrations between Metronome APIs and business systems (CRM/CPQ, payments, tax, ERP)
• ▹Liaise with product R&D to advocate for client needs

Requirements

• ▹Experience with technical discovery and scoping
• ▹Understanding of usage-based pricing and consumption models
• ▹Experience designing API integrations
• ▹Strong client relationship skills
