Responsibilities

• ▹Lead client workshops to understand business objectives and gather requirements
• ▹Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to identify business needs and technical feasibility
• ▹Design and document robust end-to-end solutions including workflows and integrations
• ▹Demonstrate solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demos
• ▹Configure and validate Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products
• ▹Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT
• ▹Develop and deliver end-user training
• ▹Build lasting client relationships through ongoing technical and functional guidance

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience, ideally within a SaaS or professional services organization
• ▹3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions (Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs, etc.)
• ▹Proven track record of customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting
• ▹Demonstrated ability to lead strategic business discussions and communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences
• ▹Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration
• ▹Deep understanding of SDLC, from workshops and design through build, test, and deployment
• ▹Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• ▹Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with confidence and flexibility
