Remote Support Engineer (MA&TC)

Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in the Remote Support Desk team
• ▹Install Philips Healthcare Patient Monitoring equipment (Intellivue Patient Monitors, Fetal monitors, PIICix central monitoring, MX40 telemetry, CareEvent, ICCA, IntelliVue Guardian Software, Intellispace Perinatal, Console) to quality and time standards
• ▹Integrate patient monitoring equipment into both Philips-supplied and customer clinical networks as a consultant
• ▹Set up connections to third-party systems (Hospital Information Systems via HL7 broker, telephony alarming systems, etc.)
• ▹Perform corrective maintenance, supported by tier-2 remote support when necessary
• ▹Troubleshoot hardware, software and IT infrastructure to ensure quality of service, responsible for patient data in a hospital environment
• ▹Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within schedule and quality standards
• ▹Ensure customer needs and quality standards are met
• ▹Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims and field problem reports
• ▹Provide feedback and recommendations to commercial colleagues on potential leads
• ▹Stay up to date on new technologies affecting the product range
• ▹Represent Philips professionally in appearance and behavior toward customers
• ▹Report customer feedback per quality standards, follow up on quality and regulatory training

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in ICT engineering
• ▹ICT experience (Windows 11 and Server 2022/2025, SQL, antivirus, OS patching, security certificates)
• ▹Knowledge of local (WIFI) networks
• ▹Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting

Nice to have

• ▹Basic knowledge of virtualization and HL7
• ▹Extensive knowledge of Patient Monitoring systems
• ▹Experience in Healthcare IT
