▹Handles troubleshooting and complex cases escalated to second-line support
▹Works on development projects, modernization and future solutions in the infrastructure area
▹Holds maintenance responsibility for various infrastructure services and platforms
▹Works closely with internal colleagues and external partners on operations, networking and infrastructure (cloud, firewalls, storage, backup)
▹Contributes to digitalization work and integrations between systems and platforms

Requirements

▹Several years of experience in technical support
▹Broad technical competence and a holistic understanding of IT
▹Experience with infrastructure, cloud services, antivirus and VMware
▹Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
