Infrastructure Technician – Fagerhult

Responsibilities

• ▹Handles troubleshooting and complex cases escalated to second-line support
• ▹Works on development projects, modernization and future solutions in the infrastructure area
• ▹Holds maintenance responsibility for various infrastructure services and platforms
• ▹Works closely with internal colleagues and external partners on operations, networking and infrastructure (cloud, firewalls, storage, backup)
• ▹Contributes to digitalization work and integrations between systems and platforms

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in technical support
• ▹Broad technical competence and a holistic understanding of IT
• ▹Experience with infrastructure, cloud services, antivirus and VMware
• ▹Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
