Senior Manager, IT Systems / Platform Engineering - Fixed Term

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers across Identity, Endpoint, and Security Engineering
• ▹Own delivery accountability across IT's major programs: identity maturation, PAM deployment, network-as-a-service, remote access modernization
• ▹Own delivery relationships with key technology vendors and implementation partners, including milestone accountability and risk escalation
• ▹Lead programs across Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance as a business partner, translating technical risk into executive-ready language
• ▹Own the end-to-end maturation of Oura's enterprise identity program (PAM, IGA, Joiner/Mover/Leaver automation)
• ▹Apply technical depth in architecture reviews, identity design decisions, and vendor technical validation

Requirements

• ▹8+ years in enterprise IT, including 3+ years managing technical teams at senior manager level or above in a high-growth technology company
• ▹Deeply technical foundation: personally built and operated identity platforms, managed Okta/Entra or equivalent, deployed MDM/UEM, and run network infrastructure before moving into management
• ▹Hands-on Okta or modern enterprise IAM proficiency, with at least one full IAM/IGA program delivery; JML automation, IGA governance, PAM vaulting, SCIM
• ▹Multi-cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), making informed infrastructure and architecture decisions
• ▹Proven track record building and scaling technical teams, developing engineers into domain leads
• ▹Vendor and partner management experience
• ▹Cross-functional influence across Legal, Finance, and People
• ▹Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-ready communication
• ▹Proficient in agile methodologies, with Jira and Confluence as everyday tools
• ▹Comfortable with a rotating on-call schedule for critical IT infrastructure incidents
