Senior Requirements Analyst and Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Requirements work (workshops, documentation, ensuring traceability between requirements, solution and test), refining requirements for procurement
• ▹Plan, lead and participate in workshops with the supplier and the business
• ▹Lead the project's planning, governance and follow-up
• ▹Responsible for reporting and decision documentation to the steering group and management
• ▹Ensure production of project reports and risk analyses
• ▹Manage stakeholders, dependencies, priorities and risks
• ▹Drive parts of the procurement work and supplier dialogues
• ▹Facilitate requirements prioritization and ensure buy-in for decisions
• ▹Coordinate business, IT, development teams and external suppliers
• ▹Ensure testing, implementation, launch and sustainable handover to operations

Requirements

• ▹At least 8 years of documented experience in requirements analysis and solution work in complex organizations
• ▹At least 2 years of documented experience in project management of complex business or IT projects
• ▹Participation in at least 2 completed projects with responsibility for coordination and communication between business and IT at a government agency or state-owned company
• ▹Documented experience with project governance according to XLPM or an equivalent project model
• ▹Documented experience independently planning and conducting requirements analysis and coordinating requirements and test activities
• ▹Documented experience with testing, deployment and handover to operations

Nice to have

• ▹Certification in project management, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent
• ▹Experience with AI solutions or AI-related IT projects
• ▹At least 1 year of documented experience in requirements analysis and solution work related to procurement
