Responsibilities

• ▹Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA digital transformation initiatives in the semiconductor industry
• ▹Own end-to-end program governance, risk management, and business transformation across global SAP S/4HANA implementations
• ▹Lead teams in complex, multi-vendor, geographically distributed environments
• ▹Own and review program financials, lead proposal presentations

Requirements

• ▹Deep proven experience in the semiconductor industry
• ▹Delivered at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
• ▹15+ years of consulting experience
• ▹Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, demand management, procurement and sourcing, inventory and logistics, manufacturing execution integration, and global finance operations
• ▹Ability to lead teams across multi-vendor, complex, geographically distributed client organizations
• ▹Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to influence C-level stakeholders
• ▹Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles
• ▹Willingness to travel for project-related mobility
