IT Officer, 1-year temporary position

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide local technical support to around 600 employees: computers with accessories, printers, copying, mobile telephony
• ▹Coach and support users on IT matters
• ▹Order service cards, computers and accessories, and handle invoices
• ▹Collaborate daily with the agency's IT coordinator
• ▹Assess needs for the future IT environment to make it as user-friendly as possible
• ▹Work in a Windows environment

Requirements

• ▹High school education
• ▹Post-secondary education in IT deemed relevant, or at least two years of equivalent experience
• ▹Good knowledge of commonly used applications in the Microsoft environment
• ▹Professional experience in methodical troubleshooting of computers and peripherals
• ▹Good knowledge of networks
• ▹Good knowledge and understanding of IT and information security
• ▹Swedish citizenship required due to security classification, with a background check

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with IT workplace user support
• ▹Experience with IT in the public sector
