Responsibilities

• ▹Provide and further develop IT support to the business
• ▹Monitor and handle IT events (information, warnings, alarms) in applications and platforms
• ▹Resolve IT incidents quickly and efficiently with a focus on long-term stability
• ▹Collaborate closely with development teams, contributing operations and platform expertise across the full lifecycle
• ▹Investigate and document root causes of incidents, and contribute to permanent, automated fixes
• ▹Follow up on, report and communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure feedback reaches users
• ▹Document, develop and maintain routines, instructions and technical documentation

Requirements

• ▹Higher education of at least 120 points with an IT focus, or other education combined with equivalent experience
• ▹Several years of work experience in 3rd line IT support, e.g. operating and managing systems and applications
• ▹Good documentation habits and ability
• ▹Competence in Microsoft products such as MS SQL, IIS and the Microsoft server platform
• ▹Good Swedish, spoken and written
• ▹Good English, written

Nice to have

• ▹Linux
• ▹PostgreSQL
• ▹Scripting in PowerShell
• ▹Experience with container solutions
• ▹Experience with an observability solution
