(Senior) Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain scalable, production-grade data models and analytics foundations powering decision-making across 7 international markets
• ▹Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define success metrics and evaluate product outcomes
• ▹Enable self-service analytics through trusted metrics, reusable semantic models and scalable data products
• ▹Leverage AI and modern analytics tooling to accelerate insight generation and improve workflows
• ▹Continuously improve the analytics platform through robust modeling, testing, documentation and engineering best practices

Requirements

• ▹Experience building and maintaining production data models using SQL and modern transformation tools (e.g. Dataform, SQLMesh or dbt)
• ▹Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
• ▹Experience with BigQuery and a BI tool, ideally Looker
• ▹Comfortable partnering with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate questions into scalable analytics solutions
• ▹Proactive, pragmatic mindset with strong communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Exposure to data science or machine learning applications in a business context
• ▹Experience with product analytics, event tracking, funnel analysis or experimentation
• ▹Experience in fast-growing operational businesses (logistics, marketplaces, field services)
