We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst based in Diegem, Belgium. The ACS Data Quality Team has been established to address increasing regulatory requirements related to ACS data quality and data provision. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will support the Data Quality Manager in enhancing data quality, driving compliance, improving operational processes, and supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives across ACS operations.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance analytical work, stakeholder engagement, project support, and customer-focused activities in a fast-paced international environment.

• Enhance ACS data quality to ensure compliance with security filing and regulatory requirements.

• Support BPO teams through audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Improve screening quality, manifest accuracy, and operational data analysis.
• Investigate and resolve ACS customs cases, gathering supporting evidence as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to customs cases via phone and email.
• Support projects aimed at improving key ACS customer touchpoints and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to First Choice initiatives that simplify the customer experience.
• Support the implementation of Best Demonstrated Practices across the network.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risks, and recommendations to management.
• Support the development and execution of ACS data quality strategies.
• Assist in the training and development of interim and team resources.
• Support automation, outsourcing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with project implementation, change management, and benefit realization.
• Drive high-quality outputs and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably with DHL Express.
• Experience supporting projects or working within a project management environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European language(s) are an advantage.
• Experience working in multinational and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process and system improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials and workshops.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes and explore new solutions.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
• Positive team player who promotes collaboration and an "As One" culture.
