Responsibilities

• ▹Direct support of warehouse operations
• ▹Administration and management of the WMS (SAP S4 Hana)
• ▹Resolving user system issues (customer/operator)
• ▹Creating reports and developing/managing management tools (SQL)
• ▹Overseeing the warehouse system and all supporting processes and services
• ▹Managing and controlling EDI
• ▹Testing and rolling out system changes
• ▹Active participation in training sessions
• ▹Training new users
• ▹Occasional on-call duty (by phone)

Requirements

• ▹Advanced Excel skills
• ▹Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
• ▹English at B2 communication level, both written and spoken
• ▹Fast decision-making and organizational skills
• ▹Flexibility, willingness to work multiple shifts, analytical mindset

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with WMS/TMS systems, ideally SAP S4 Hana
