Principal IT Transformation Consultant (Automotive)

Principal IT Transformation Consultant role supporting the largest players in the automotive industry in structuring and steering their digital transformation. The role covers infrastructure modernization, integration of connected solutions and business process optimization, leading complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steer the IT transformation of automotive organizations in line with their industrial and business goals
  • Support clients in modernizing infrastructure, integrating connected solutions and optimizing business processes
  • Lead the scoping and implementation phases of complex projects covering electrification, autonomous vehicles and connectivity
  • Actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening strategic partnerships
  • Monitor technology and industry trends to anticipate market changes and propose innovative solutions (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, big data, IoT)
  • Contribute to the internal development of the unit by anticipating client needs and co-building new strategic offerings

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience managing complex IT projects/programs, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Expertise in new mobility, Industry 4.0 and connected vehicle topics
  • Strong project management, leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives
  • Operational English (minimum B2)
