Principal IT Transformation Consultant (Automotive)

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and steer the IT transformation of automotive organizations in line with their industrial and business goals
• ▹Support clients in modernizing infrastructure, integrating connected solutions and optimizing business processes
• ▹Lead the scoping and implementation phases of complex projects covering electrification, autonomous vehicles and connectivity
• ▹Actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening strategic partnerships
• ▹Monitor technology and industry trends to anticipate market changes and propose innovative solutions (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, big data, IoT)
• ▹Contribute to the internal development of the unit by anticipating client needs and co-building new strategic offerings

Requirements

• ▹At least 10 years of experience managing complex IT projects/programs, ideally in the automotive sector
• ▹Expertise in new mobility, Industry 4.0 and connected vehicle topics
• ▹Strong project management, leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills
• ▹Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives
• ▹Operational English (minimum B2)
