Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Consumer Engineering)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and deliver quarterly goals, leading engineers through ambiguous problems
• ▹Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and articulating technical constraints
• ▹Proactively identify project, process, technology or business issues and lead in solving them
• ▹Support operations of your team's artifacts via metrics, escalation and on-call efforts
• ▹Foster a culture of quality and ownership through code review and design standards
• ▹Help develop talent through feedback and mentorship

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading significant mobile initiatives (React Native or native), including architecture and cross-functional launches
• ▹Experience working across React Native and native mobile boundaries, debugging platform-specific issues and improving CI/CD and release processes
• ▹Experience implementing experimentation, feature flagging and analytics instrumentation in mobile applications
• ▹Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
• ▹Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• ▹4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• ▹Experience designing large-scale backend systems with appropriate languages plus cloud, database and container technologies
• ▹Ability to define a technical plan for significant features with high-quality, extensible code
• ▹Proficiency making safe changes in a large codebase
• ▹Demonstrated ownership of your own growth and proactive feedback-seeking
• ▹Strong verbal and written communication with a global team
• ▹Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
