Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Defining the software architecture of LLM-based applications, focusing on modularity, performance, and scalability of the business logic
• ▹Using orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain) to build complex flows (chains, agents, RAG)
• ▹Backend development in Python, building robust APIs to expose AI functionality
• ▹Designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, connecting LLMs to knowledge sources (SQL databases, vector databases)
• ▹Prompt engineering and strategy to maximize model reliability and accuracy
• ▹Rapid prototyping to build functional proofs of concept (PoC) validating product hypotheses
• ▹Active technology watch, evaluating and integrating new models, tools, and techniques in the GenAI ecosystem

Requirements

• ▹Advanced Python skills for application development, writing clean, testable, high-performing code
• ▹Proven experience with GenAI frameworks, especially LangChain
• ▹Deep understanding of how large language models work
• ▹Solid experience building REST APIs
• ▹Practical experience with vector databases (e.g. pgvector) for semantic use cases
• ▹Autonomy and curiosity to navigate a weekly-changing ecosystem

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of LangGraph for building complex, cyclical agents
• ▹Experience with frameworks for evaluating GenAI application performance
