PLM Solution Architect – 3DEXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

• ▹Define the architecture of PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (e.g. ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, EXALEAD) through customization, configuration, workflow design, data modeling and UI development
• ▹Ensure seamless integration of PLM solutions with ERP, MES and other enterprise systems
• ▹Develop and communicate a clear architecture vision and roadmap aligned with stakeholder needs
• ▹Continuously stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies, advising on PLM best practices and Dassault Systèmes methodologies
• ▹Lead the functional and technical design process from requirements management through rollout and operations, including effective risk management
• ▹Ensure quality management: project outcomes meet quality, cost and timeline expectations, maintain thorough documentation, and consider security and compliance standards
• ▹Identify and recommend improvements to increase the robustness, usability and maintainability of the solution

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience defining, developing, implementing and maintaining complex IT and PLM solutions
• ▹Demonstrable, up-to-date experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform integration, PLM business processes and technical integration
• ▹In-depth expertise in Dassault Systèmes technologies (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, EXALEAD) and solid understanding of operating models (on-premise, SaaS public, SaaS private)
• ▹Proven ability to provide technical leadership to solution-building teams and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
• ▹Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and stakeholder management
• ▹Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• ▹Excellent documentation skills, including producing architecture diagrams following standards such as ARCHIMATE, UML or comparable tools
• ▹Willingness to travel, very good German and English skills (C1 level)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with and/or certifications in other PLM products (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, ARAS, Siemens NX) and their integration
• ▹Architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ISAQB)
• ▹Experience with or certification in agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
• ▹Experience with or certification in cloud (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• ▹Experience in DevOps, CI/CD automation and security tools (e.g. SonarQube, Checkmarx)
• ▹IT service management certification (e.g. ITIL Foundation or equivalent)
