Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Maintaining daily communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and quick responses
• ▹Handling and following up on customer complaints, providing timely feedback and resolution
• ▹Communicating customer-specific requirements to the factory and ensuring alignment
• ▹Proposing and implementing action plans and corrective measures to address quality issues
• ▹Coordinating 8D problem-solving teams to resolve complex issues
• ▹Organizing internal and external sorting activities in case of discrepancies or non-conformities
• ▹Supporting customer and certification audits, including preparation and follow-up
• ▹Initiating and implementing improvements based on audit findings
• ▹Preparing, tracking and maintaining quality documentation, statistics and reports

Requirements

• ▹Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, quality assurance or engineering in the automotive industry
• ▹Confident English language skills
• ▹Thorough knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
