IT Technician (2nd Level Support, Automotive)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide 2nd level support for all end-device requests in the production environment
• ▹Provide hands-on technical support to users on-site or at the service point
• ▹Issue and receive IT equipment and mobile devices, including initial onboarding for end users
• ▹Perform software installations, resolve hardware and software issues, and handle tickets
• ▹Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
• ▹Support, deliver and install PCs, laptops and printers
• ▹Be willing to work shifts and, if needed, be on call

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT vocational training, retraining, or equivalent practical knowledge and substantial experience in the automotive sector
• ▹Very good hardware knowledge across common manufacturers, and very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
• ▹Class B (3) driving licence
• ▹Very good German and English skills
• ▹Enjoyment working with end users
