Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the further development of the life-saving and quality-of-life improving medical devices (for example dialysis machines) produced by the company
• ▹Learn and apply the product development processes and testing technologies
• ▹Verify and test the development results of the medical devices
• ▹Get to know automated and manual test environments and implement tests
• ▹Continuously maintain automated and manual tests
• ▹Prepare test documentation
• ▹Record and document defect tickets

Requirements

• ▹Degree in biomedical engineering, computer science or electrical engineering (BSc/MSc/PhD)
• ▹At least 3 years of experience in software testing (writing test cases, manual and/or automated execution)
• ▹Basic knowledge of Git
• ▹ISTQB Foundation Level certification or higher
• ▹Daily contact with colleagues abroad
• ▹Conversational English

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of agile methodologies
• ▹Experience in testing or developing safety-critical systems
• ▹Experience as Technical Lead or Test Manager
• ▹Basic programming knowledge (for example C, C++, Python)
• ▹Test automation experience, for example with Robot Framework
• ▹Experience in developing automated test frameworks
• ▹Experience with embedded systems
• ▹Knowledge of Jenkins, Jira and Gherkin
• ▹Security testing experience
