Responsibilities

• ▹Design the software architecture of large, integrated systems
• ▹Research, introduce and teach new technology solutions
• ▹Support business requirement analysis
• ▹Assess the resource needs of proposed solutions and break the work down into deliverable units
• ▹Perform in-depth design work as part of an agile team: review the requirements specification (PRD) and contribute to the functional specification (FSD) together with the lead developers
• ▹Interpret and model business processes
• ▹Design the system architecture to meet functional and non-functional business requirements and select the technologies
• ▹Design interfaces and model call sequences
• ▹Collaborate with the development team, provide strong technical support and oversee the implementation of the delivered system
• ▹Provide professional support for incident management

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience delivering complex IT systems as a lead developer or architect
• ▹Proficiency in designing system-level, high-volume enterprise architectures with various software architectures (REST, SOAP communication, queueing solutions)
• ▹Experience building complex databases: relational database design (for example Oracle) and knowledge of NoSQL databases (for example MongoDB, Redis)
• ▹Knowledge of IDE tools (for example Eclipse, IntelliJ)
• ▹Knowledge of Git-based version control (for example GitLab)
• ▹Knowledge of API testing tools (for example SoapUI, Postman, curl)
• ▹Thorough knowledge of the software development process
