Application Onboarding – UAM/System Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Review and approve access entitlements across the company
• ▹Work closely with the Information Security team, applying Infosec principles in an enterprise setup
• ▹Review access reports on a daily basis and take corrective/confirmative actions accordingly
• ▹Collaborate with various application teams and application owners
• ▹Handle and prioritize tickets in the client's in-house ticketing tool

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 1 year of experience in application onboarding, user access management, and related operational support activities in an enterprise environment
• ▹Exposure to application onboarding and access management processes within enterprise environments
• ▹Awareness of user roles, access groups, and related onboarding activities
• ▹Experience handling and prioritizing tickets
• ▹Excellent communication skills, as the role involves interacting with high-profile users
• ▹Teamwork and collaboration across dependent teams
• ▹Conflict management and handling difficult users
• ▹Mandatory: Desktop Support experience
• ▹1-3 years of relevant experience

Nice to have

• ▹Background in Service Desk or IT support with knowledge of ticketing tools
