HR Technology System Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Act as a technical point of contact for HR systems
• ▹Provide Tier 2 support for HR system tickets and case management requests
• ▹Support back-end HR processes and system administration activities
• ▹Troubleshoot system, data, and security issues through root cause analysis
• ▹Support data quality and audit exercises to ensure data integrity
• ▹Collaborate with Technology Partners and Centers of Excellence to document processes
• ▹Support configuration changes, including testing, migration, communication, and hypercare
• ▹Respond to internal and external audit requests with control documentation

Requirements

• ▹Experience in HR system administration, preferably Workday
• ▹Prior experience with case management systems such as Neocase
• ▹Strong understanding of back-end HR processes and system-driven workflows
• ▹Experience with HR data manipulation and reporting, strong Excel skills
• ▹Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems
• ▹Experience with testing, test scripts, and UAT support
• ▹Familiarity with HR data quality, audit processes, and controls
• ▹Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• ▹Self-reliant, structured, confident handling technical issues
• ▹Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to work independently across teams and time zones
• ▹Flexible, adaptable, customer-centric mindset
