Client Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate a key client's IT systems and services, resolving tickets in both manufacturing floor and office environments
• ▹Track assigned tickets and events through to closure, escalating to a higher technical, vendor or management level when needed
• ▹Maintain full, up-to-date administration of completed work (e.g. ticketing system, worksheets, system documentation)
• ▹Comply with IT security requirements and carry out related tasks
• ▹Actively build the knowledge base and produce system documentation
• ▹Prepare version upgrades and system migrations, actively participating in implementation
• ▹Actively participate in projects related to manufacturing-support environments

Requirements

• ▹Intermediate English, spoken and written
• ▹Solid knowledge of the Windows client operating system and general infrastructure
• ▹Assertive communication skills with clients
• ▹Prior experience with Active Directory and a ticketing system
• ▹Openness to unfamiliar territory and a varied work environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in a similar role
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL, O365, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, PowerShell and scripting languages
• ▹Category B driving license
• ▹Conversational German
