Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead a Core Modelling team building the foundational CAD engine across all platforms
  • ▹Regularly review and challenge engineering design documents, fostering collaborative problem-solving
  • ▹Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team delivering world-class products
  • ▹Contribute to strategic planning and execution as part of the Engineering Leadership Team
  • ▹Act as a role model, championing leadership behaviors and cultivating a motivated team culture

Requirements

  • ▹Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Development Lead for a C++ team
  • ▹Deep understanding across software engineering fundamentals (computer architecture, operating systems, computer science, algorithms)
  • ▹Track record of building and scaling high-quality, high-throughput engineering teams
  • ▹Hands-on C++ development experience
  • ▹A product-first mindset driven by user needs and data, with a commitment to continuous learning and ownership

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience with CAD is a significant advantage
