Principal Data & AI Consultant
Supercharge is hiring a Principal Data & AI Consultant to be its Data Practice Lead, the most senior data consultant in the company, covering data platforms, architecture, data science, advanced analytics and applied ML. This is a senior individual contributor role at principal level, owning a commercial target across the full data and narrow AI spectrum. You won't generate leads but will help the sales team turn them into deals through consultative sales, while shaping the service offering and building sales enablement.

Responsibilities
- ▹Own a revenue target across data, advanced analytics and predictive AI
- ▹Lead executive-level client conversations, joining deals early to diagnose the business problem, structure a solution and build the ROI case
- ▹Proactively work the pipeline with sales, turning digital and AI engagements into data platform and AI projects and activating existing accounts
- ▹Decide what the data and narrow AI offering looks like: use cases, positioning, packaging and messaging
- ▹Work with business unit directors to understand the data and analytics problems their industries are solving
- ▹Ensure data, data science and narrow AI connect into the broader AI transformation story
- ▹Expand AWS and Databricks partnerships and bring in new ones where strategically sensible
- ▹Spot opportunities to build reusable solution components supporting a hybrid consulting-plus-assets model
- ▹Build sales enablement materials, prototypes and workshops so account managers can spot data opportunities
- ▹Produce thought leadership: events, whitepapers and content
- ▹Keep the data team sharp by advising on skill development and running upskilling sessions
Requirements
- ▹7-10 years in data and AI, ideally a mix of consulting and client-side work
- ▹A background spanning data engineering and data science that makes you credible in front of clients
- ▹Real delivery experience building and shipping data and ML solutions to production
- ▹A track record of closing complex enterprise data deals, or being the technical voice that made the close happen
- ▹Experience owning or co-owning a revenue target and understanding pipeline development and account growth
- ▹Comfortable running workshops, advising senior clients and building long-term trust
- ▹Fluent English is a must; Hungarian is not required
