Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate on customer big data projects: reference architectures, how-to guides, production-ready automation tools
• ▹Advise strategic customers on transformational big data initiatives and migrations
• ▹Provide architecture and design expertise for key customer projects
• ▹Partner with Engineering and Customer Support to deliver feedback and resolve issues
• ▹Manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously, following well-architected principles

Requirements

• ▹15+ years of experience with big data technologies (Apache Spark, Kafka, cloud native, data lakes) in a customer-facing post-sales or consulting role
• ▹6+ years of experience independently working on big data architectures
• ▹2+ years of experience with AI-based implementations (RAG, MCP, context engineering)
• ▹Strong experience in the Databricks ecosystem
• ▹Comfortable writing code in Python or Scala
• ▹Experience across cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• ▹Documentation and whiteboarding skills
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• ▹Excellent stakeholder management skills
