Responsibilities

▹Design and develop detailed manual test cases based on project requirements and user stories
▹Functional Testing: validate that all features work as intended
▹Integration Testing: ensure different modules function cohesively
▹System Testing: verify functional and non-functional requirements
▹Regression Testing: ensure new code changes don't introduce bugs
▹User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders
▹Identify and document software defects, inconsistencies, and bugs using defect tracking systems
▹Write clear, detailed bug reports and collaborate with developers for quick resolution
▹Monitor and track defects throughout the development lifecycle
▹Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers
▹Provide feedback on system performance and usability
▹Propose improvements in testing processes
▹Assist in developing testing standards and procedures
▹Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports
▹Execute tests across operating systems and devices (Windows, Linux, mobile)
▹Validate software behavior across various web browsers

Requirements

▹2-5 years of experience
▹Experience in manual testing with a strong understanding of SDLC
▹Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and communicate with technical/non-technical colleagues
▹Strong technical writing skills for test plans, bug reports, and test results
▹Strategic planning and scheduling skills
▹Computer related degree
▹Licenses & Certifications: II, IAT, ISTQB
▹Experience with Azure DevOps, SQL
