Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop detailed manual test cases based on project requirements and user stories
• ▹Functional Testing: validate that all features work as intended
• ▹Integration Testing: ensure different modules function cohesively
• ▹System Testing: verify functional and non-functional requirements
• ▹Regression Testing: ensure new code changes don't introduce bugs
• ▹User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders
• ▹Identify and document software defects, inconsistencies, and bugs using defect tracking systems
• ▹Write clear, detailed bug reports and collaborate with developers for quick resolution
• ▹Monitor and track defects throughout the development lifecycle
• ▹Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers
• ▹Provide feedback on system performance and usability
• ▹Propose improvements in testing processes
• ▹Assist in developing testing standards and procedures
• ▹Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports
• ▹Execute tests across operating systems and devices (Windows, Linux, mobile)
• ▹Validate software behavior across various web browsers

Requirements

• ▹2-5 years of experience
• ▹Experience in manual testing with a strong understanding of SDLC
• ▹Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and communicate with technical/non-technical colleagues
• ▹Strong technical writing skills for test plans, bug reports, and test results
• ▹Strategic planning and scheduling skills
• ▹Computer related degree
• ▹Licenses & Certifications: II, IAT, ISTQB
• ▹Experience with Azure DevOps, SQL

Soft skills
