Oracle HCM Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning)
• ▹Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes
• ▹Configure learning catalogues, offerings, enrolment rules, workflows, approvals, notifications and roles
• ▹Gather and analyse business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into system configuration and solution design
• ▹Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
• ▹Design and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• ▹Maintain reporting, process and data governance documentation
• ▹Prepare and manage data using HCM Data Loader (HDL): cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation
• ▹Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external/internal systems, defining data flows, mappings and interface requirements with integration teams
• ▹Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution and validation
• ▹Assist with cutover and go-live preparation

Requirements

• ▹Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning)
• ▹Strong understanding of HR processes: employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, learning management
• ▹Hands-on experience with system configuration in Oracle HCM
• ▹OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting experience
• ▹Data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• ▹Testing and UAT support experience
• ▹Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• ▹Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
• ▹Physically located in Poland and legally authorized to work there

Nice to have

• ▹Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• ▹Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON/XML)
• ▹Familiarity with integration concepts and data flows
• ▹Experience with the Oracle Learning module
• ▹Knowledge of Fast Formula and HCM Extract
• ▹Experience in global or multi-country HCM environments
