DevOps Developer – Cloud & Developer Tools

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, maintain, and improve cloud-based services and developer tools
• ▹Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code
• ▹Demonstrate code ownership through peer reviews, quality controls, and adherence to best practices
• ▹Identify optimization opportunities for continuous service improvement
• ▹Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
• ▹Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• ▹Automate deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational processes
• ▹Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• ▹Contribute to DevOps best practices and platform engineering initiatives
• ▹Collaborate with architects, developers, system administrators, and security specialists
• ▹Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• ▹Support knowledge-sharing and contribute to the team's collective expertise
• ▹Help drive adoption and usage of development tools and services
• ▹Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and development guidelines
• ▹Provide support and guidance to users of development platforms and tooling

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
• ▹Experience working within Agile teams
• ▹Strong hands-on experience with AWS
• ▹Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CDK
• ▹Git and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Python and TypeScript development
• ▹Knowledge of IT security principles
• ▹Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience supporting cloud or developer platforms
• ▹Experience with AI-powered developer tools such as Amazon Q, Kiro, Claude, or similar
• ▹Experience with AI agents and AI-enabled development environments
• ▹Familiarity with VS Code and IntelliJ
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management practices
• ▹AWS certifications
• ▹ITIL, Terraform, or DevOps certifications
• ▹Additional European language
