Business System Analyst, ServiceNow Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead architecture, development and deployment of enterprise ServiceNow solutions (HRSD, ITSM, WSD, custom apps) with embedded AI features
• ▹Architect integrations between ServiceNow, external APIs and LLMs via Integration Hub and Custom Skill Kits
• ▹Design, build and deploy generative AI workflows and contextual prompts with the Now Assist Skill Kit
• ▹Establish code governance, development standards and security guardrails for AI agent orchestration
• ▹Partner with data/business teams to clean foundational data (e.g. CMDB) for high-accuracy AI retrieval
• ▹Build a framework for prompt engineering, Automated Test Frameworks (ATF) and platform upgrade strategy

Requirements

• ▹6+ years software development experience, including 4+ years specialized in ServiceNow architecture and advanced scripting
• ▹Hands-on experience with ServiceNow generative AI (Now Assist or custom chatbots)
• ▹Mastery of client/server scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and Service Portal widget customization
• ▹Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), data structures and enterprise search
• ▹Track record managing multi-environment Update Set promotions and release cycles
• ▹Excellent technical communication skills for presenting AI solutions and ROI to executives

Nice to have

• ▹ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect / Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other ServiceNow certifications
• ▹Experience with AI Control Tower
• ▹Hands-on with ITOM or SecOps
• ▹Background in BigQuery or Performance Analytics
• ▹Experience with modern DevOps pipelines and source control integration in ServiceNow
• ▹Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related STEM field
