As a Senior Analyst (L5) on the Risk & Analytics team, you'll independently own the entire analytical lifecycle from initial question to final business decision, building data-driven strategies across credit risk and growth.
Responsibilities
- ▹Optimize end-to-end business, risk, and growth strategies using advanced data analytics
- ▹Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends, proactively adjusting strategies
- ▹Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design and interpret performance metrics
- ▹Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into analytical policy
- ▹Oversee development and execution of analytical frameworks, align new product launches
- ▹Engage external stakeholders such as merchants and vendors to align practices
- ▹Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analysts
Requirements
- ▹2-5 years of experience in an analytically-driven role within consumer lending, credit, or fintech
- ▹Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- ▹Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
- ▹Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling, applying ML techniques to business problems
- ▹Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- ▹Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and market dynamics
- ▹Ability to translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies
- ▹Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders
