Software Engineer, Control Plane

Responsibilities

• ▹Extend the access control framework so enterprise admins can configure permissions for different groups and teams
• ▹Build change-management tools for cases where a customer's data model or data warehouse changes and affects schemas, audiences and syncs
• ▹Build tools that help admins understand and optimize data warehouse performance and costs
• ▹Design backend and distributed systems and asynchronous workflows with scalability, maintainability and reliability in mind
• ▹Write product specs and work closely with the product team

Requirements

• ▹Backend engineering experience, with knowledge of distributed systems and asynchronous workflows
• ▹Architectural thinking: scalability, maintainability, reliability
• ▹Strong customer and product thinking, comfortable engaging with product specs
