Engineering Manager, Destinations

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage 300+ integrations: prioritize requests for new destinations and added functionality, balancing immediate deals with long-term strategy
• ▹Improve sync speed through parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection and algorithmic optimization
• ▹AI developer productivity and enablement: how AI can help ship faster and with higher quality
• ▹Lead the team by example, raise the technical bar and keep focus on the highest-value deliverables
• ▹Work directly with customers and integration partners on new use cases

Requirements

• ▹Leader motivated by delivering customer value quickly
• ▹Passion for mentoring newer engineers
• ▹Looking for a blend of hands-on development and people leadership
• ▹Reasons from first principles and communicates clear opinions on ambiguous problems

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building and scaling a platform with hundreds of API integrations
