• ▹Lead the team in roadmapping and executing significant features and products, keeping a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs
• ▹Improve the pace of execution through leadership and technical expertise
• ▹Grow the team: identify needs, decide how to evaluate candidates and hire high-impact people
• ▹Improve reliability: fewer incidents, catching issues before customers do, strong incident management hygiene
• ▹Foster the growth and motivation of team members
• ▹Data warehouse performance: query optimization, storing pre-computed state, warehouse-specific improvements
• ▹Analytics and experimentation: helping customers build segments, run experiments and track audience performance in downstream tools
• ▹Real-time audience syncing and computation, building on technologies like CDC
• ▹Generative AI to make acting on data more seamless
