The Solutions Engineering team helps Sentry's customers successfully embed Sentry into their applications and workflows, from SDK integration to getting alerts and issues to the right place.

Responsibilities

▹Understand customers' pain points and objectives and translate those into implementation and onboarding plans that demonstrate business value
▹Develop best practices, educational offerings, and content around error and performance management, open-source, or the Sentry product (e.g. how-to articles and videos)
▹Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for customers on software engineering and monitoring best practices
▹Provide workshop-level interaction with customers to drive maturity of use and broader adoption
▹Work cross-functionally internally, providing feedback to product and development teams and aligning the roadmap with faster time to value

Requirements

▹3+ years as a Solutions Engineer (preferred), Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or Software Developer with experience leading projects and/or working with customers
▹Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, and native mobile (iOS and/or Android)
▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
▹Problem solver, knowledgeable, and a can-doer
