Responsibilities

• ▹Support prospects and customers in the corporate market to help drive sales
• ▹Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof-of-value workshops
• ▹Handle technical questions and objections about Postman
• ▹Produce reusable collateral to help adopt API-first practices
• ▹Share customer feedback with relevant teams
• ▹Stay current on the competitive landscape and market trends
• ▹Create proof-of-concept integrations and workflows
• ▹Maintain customer sandbox environments
• ▹Act as a technical bridge between sales and other teams

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of corporate sales/solutions engineering experience
• ▹3+ years of software development experience
• ▹3+ years with APIs and data platforms
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• ▹Ability to travel up to 25%
• ▹Customer-facing experience across developers, QA, product and engineering leaders
• ▹Strong understanding of APIs, producing and consuming them
• ▹Knowledge of modern development methodologies and DevOps
• ▹Comfortable with SaaS sales process and cloud security basics
• ▹Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message)
• ▹Familiarity with developer tooling: IDEs, Git, CI/CD, monitoring, microservices, containers, cloud
