Responsibilities

• ▹Handling the deletion of MPLS network connections and logical changes for Deutsche Telekom customers via email and various software interfaces
• ▹Performing administrative and documentation tasks, tracking processes
• ▹Preparing reports, statistics and presentations
• ▹Supporting colleagues' activities
• ▹Maintaining contact with stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Active, full-time student status
• ▹German language knowledge: understanding professional texts, handling emails
• ▹At least 20 hours of work per week
• ▹Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ▹Efficient, flexible time management
• ▹Accurate, precise work
• ▹Team player attitude
• ▹Tolerance for repetitive tasks

Nice to have

• ▹Studies in IT or business informatics
• ▹English language knowledge
• ▹Knowledge of networks (e.g. Cisco devices)
