Responsibilities

• ▹Take product responsibility for IT products and services in the Offer, Order & Billing environment
• ▹Manage projects and initiatives end-to-end: planning, implementation, tracking, completion
• ▹Collaborate closely with international teams, business stakeholders, IT architects, development teams, and external partners
• ▹Coordinate multiple streams, including dependencies, risks, and priorities
• ▹Create and maintain status, progress, and management reports
• ▹Ensure goal achievement, quality, budget, and timelines
• ▹Network actively across the corporate environment, coordinating across team and country boundaries
• ▹Support product and roadmap planning as well as strategic decisions

Requirements

• ▹Several years (6+) of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or comparable role
• ▹Demonstrable experience managing complex IT projects
• ▹Sound understanding of offer, order, and billing processes, ideally in a telco environment
• ▹Experience in classic and hybrid project management setups (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, hybrid models)
• ▹Strong in stakeholder management, moderation, and decision-making
• ▹Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow, combined with strong Microsoft Office skills
• ▹High analytical and structured way of working
• ▹Confident, senior-level presence with independent control — this role is clearly not junior
