Responsibilities

• ▹Architect and build core parts of the platform in close collaboration with the CEO and CTO
• ▹Have a significant impact on the company's technology, architecture, product and culture

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience building scalable, distributed backend systems
• ▹Experience with Java and the JVM
• ▹Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
• ▹Experience working for an early-stage startup
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• ▹Solid coding practices including writing technical specifications, peer code review and testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• ▹Experience with Agile development
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation concepts
• ▹Passion for building great products and innovating in the fintech space
