Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
• ▹Participate in joint business planning and review sessions
• ▹Support partner technical initiatives such as demos, POVs, and enablement workshops
• ▹Advocate for partners' technical concerns internally
• ▹Analyze partner service offerings and recommend improvements
• ▹Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams
• ▹Curate and evolve best practices for platform adoption

Requirements

• ▹Solid technical grounding in IT development and/or operations
• ▹10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role
• ▹Self-starter with strong business acumen, able to articulate value from server room to boardroom
• ▹Confident presentation skills
• ▹Hands-on experience in two or more of: observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry), scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go), config management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab)

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience supporting channel partners (SIs, MSPs)
• ▹Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
• ▹Root-cause-analysis and troubleshooting experience
