Responsibilities

• ▹Play a significant role in developing the core user experience of the product
• ▹Work across UI, API, and SDK, ensuring Braintrust is seamless in every AI engineer's workday
• ▹Work closely with users to understand their needs and contribute to the product roadmap
• ▹Own the entire product lifecycle from gathering requirements to ideating, designing, and implementing
• ▹Partner closely with product and engineering teams to establish and implement a design system enabling rapid iteration

Requirements

• ▹Experience designing zero-to-one B2B products with complex requirements
• ▹Enjoys building things and is familiar with modern devtools
• ▹Has owned problems end-to-end and is willing to pick up missing knowledge to get the job done
• ▹Has thrived in loosely defined environments with competing priorities or deadlines
