Responsibilities

▹Embed with the Customer Success organization to drive product adoption and engagement
▹Define key metrics, run experiments, and measure the incrementality of interventions
▹Proactively surface insights and opportunities to grow engagement
▹Build self-serve tools and systems for stakeholders
▹Become an expert in OpenAI's underlying data and systems
▹Partner with other data scientists to share learnings across the company

Requirements

▹10+ years of experience in Data Science roles within dynamic, outcome-driven organizations
▹Expertise in statistics and causal inference, in both experimentation and observational studies
▹Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python and R
▹SQL expertise, including large dataset extraction and ETL workflow design
▹Experience with business intelligence tools such as Mode, Tableau, and Looker
▹Strategic, impact-driven mindset for translating business problems into frameworks
