Responsibilities

  • ▹Embed with the Customer Success organization to drive product adoption and engagement
  • ▹Define key metrics, run experiments, and measure the incrementality of interventions
  • ▹Proactively surface insights and opportunities to grow engagement
  • ▹Build self-serve tools and systems for stakeholders
  • ▹Become an expert in OpenAI's underlying data and systems
  • ▹Partner with other data scientists to share learnings across the company

Requirements

  • ▹10+ years of experience in Data Science roles within dynamic, outcome-driven organizations
  • ▹Expertise in statistics and causal inference, in both experimentation and observational studies
  • ▹Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python and R
  • ▹SQL expertise, including large dataset extraction and ETL workflow design
  • ▹Experience with business intelligence tools such as Mode, Tableau, and Looker
  • ▹Strategic, impact-driven mindset for translating business problems into frameworks
